Renee is right – Kundan does some excellent work and there are quite a few of us who have used him.

I don’t do design but if you get someone to make you a .psd, I can code it into a wordpress theme for you. Many designers (not all) can’t do both so don’t feel trapped if you find someone who can do the design but not code it into a template for you.
