PPC seems to be an area that is a hot topic of debate at CAP.
However, there are sites out there that do PPC, some of whom are CAp members?
Why would they do it if it didn’t work?:sarcasm:

if it doesnt work there are so many other ways for traffic…
exit traffic, seo, links, viral, articls, pr’s and more…
pay per click only works if u have a site like online video or games or soemthing interesting. i dont think poker affiliate will work with ppc.
Someone couldn’t help but notice the ad shown here to the left when they was checking their Gmail the other day. “PPC Advertising Doesn’t Work” the ad loudly proclaims as well as then goes on to say that “You’re Throwing Away Money Since Your Visitors Don’t Trust You“.
I have always wanted to know this as no one seems to bring it up… Do most PPC ads provide a dofollow link to your site helping your ranking? As your PPC ads are placed on high ranking sites… If keeping them there, will that help you in the serps?
I think PPC works great. I was banned from AdWords for about 6 months, since they considered my site being a bridge. Revenue decreased instantly. After doing major improvements, I was accepted again and my revenue increased massively. So a good PPC campaign definitely works imho!
PPC doesn’t seem like a bad idea. I guess as long as the keywords you are targeting aren’t too expensive per click, otherwise it might cut into your earnings.
