I would say all of the above. All the largest affiliate sites are using all parameters in order to attract international players.

With my experience in International Traffic I would say the 2 biggest levers (if you will) are 1) Brand Awareness & 2) Bonuses/ Special Promotions, etc.
Bottom line, if the campaign you’re promoting has strong brand recognition, it will most likely fare well internationally.

if you offer value to the visitors and only promote accredited bingo/casino sites they will come back often
