Want to compare sites position in Google and MSN SERPS?
For any sites and documents?

Now you can do it with Seodigger.com

Now Seodigger works with MSN Search engine too.
The same information as for Google available:
Keywords (by what keywords site appears in Search Engine)
And information for the Keyword:
Position in the SERP
Overture and Wordtracker Count

Now you can investigate the difference between Google and MSN algorithms and correct your optimization strategy.

+ export to CSV file for first 5K results (for whole domain or for separate URL)
You may save data and compare it with future results.

As usual service is FREE
Expanded information is available for registered users.

I was going to comment on this earlier – this web app is great I’ve never seen anything that searches for all keyword positions at once. :hattip:

To make it even better it would be great to have columns next to the keyword with the estimated volume of traffic.

It’s a good idea for a tool – but a bit buggy.

Seems to work better for my big domains – although there are still many examples where my site reports as POS 1 and is not on the first page.

Still a good tool for general comments on where I rank for terms I was not trying for.

Clever. I guess it chooses your keywords, you can’t select them yourself? Or no need maybe?

Hmm..

It doesn’t work at all for my site even though I know I rank pretty well for quite a few keywords. Maybe it’s ’cause I’m a new site?

Goldfinger answered 4 years ago
Yeah it doesn’t seem to find some sites but it’s good for benchmarking even though I don’t really fully understand what info the Wordtracker and Overture column displays

Amazing tool works better with big affiliate sites as doesnt show half the keywords smaller affiliates have

Thanks everybody for discussion and suggestions

We are going to do this. But problem is: how we can estimate traffic only use Wordtraker and Overture counts? It’s not easy. As you know click ratio for the first position in SERP better then for 10th position. And the same is true for second Result page. So we have normalized all these coefficients by Search positions. Also we have to normalize them by Search engines. As you see formula is going to be not easy. I see one way here: Put Seodigger counters on popular web sites and normalize all these coefficients. The question is: who are ready to help us and place counters on web sites?

We can use different Google Data Centers. As you know SERP could be different from DC to DC.

Is it popular keywords?
Can you please send me example to e-mail? I’ll try to help you or may be add yur keywords to our database.

Both of these resources (wordtraker.com and Overture.com) give us information about Keyword popularity. You may read complete information here:

We collect only first 20 Search Results for each keyword. Actually size of site has no matter. If site present in first 20 Search results by more or less popular keyword Seodigger shows it.

If you have any questions or suggestions let’s discuss them here <span title=” title=”” class=”bbcode_smiley” />

Its nice tool, a first of its kind which helps webmaster to see the terms for which they are rankings………however i see:-

– Sometimes displayed keywords are not correct like, sometimes is show “site web design”
– For some keywords, there are difference between shown number and the actual google results!
