Apparently so… Content-Based Link Building Strategies Beat Penguin Every Time
It’s not the easiest fix… It takes time to develop, and it won’t turn things around overnight… However, from what we’ve found this has been the strongest ammunition to post-Penguin Progress.
What are your thoughts? Any experience in this arena?

I’ve been getting some good quality links lately and i noticed only after a few weeks sites I don’t know start putting my backlinks on their site. Poker related aswell so alot of people must be using outbound link strategies aswell still.
