I’ve just started paying for PPC on a small daily budget using Facebook and BingAds for my bingo site. I’m currently promoting 10 bingo rooms and have received nearly around 150 clicks but absolutely no registrations.
I understand it’s a numbers game and this is a small sample, but I’m looking at my landing page and it has continuity for what they clicked through for (article/offer info) and a clear call to action.
These 150 clicks are all highly targeted traffic, so I would have expected some registrations – even if only 2 or 3, surely?
Am I missing something else that’s crucial or should I just give it a little more time. Naturally, I’m concerned about getting a return on my PPC investment and don’t want to continue paying and not being able to convert.
Any advice appreciated.
Thanks
hope it helps.
Here are just a few:
– What does the player get if they register?
– Is the registration short?
– Does it require credit card info immediately?
These are things that we need to think about when doing PPC, specifically on FB. Most of these clicks are probably new to gambling online, even if targeted well. So, trust would be a major factor as well. I’m curious to see your ad and the lander you are sending them to. That would give me a better understanding of why it is or isn’t working. If you want, you can PM me but if not, I understand as well ” title=”” class=”bbcode_smiley” />
I’ve had success with organic traffic building, but as soon as I involve PPC traffic and buying it from FB – I see my spend going up with no return.
There are a few articles out there, that Facebook may be jacking up the clicks to get you to spend more. Not sure how true it is.. but when, and if you ever say “I don’t make squat with FB PPC” … you’re not alone.
A while back, we were in talks with FB, our budget was about 30-40K a month to spend on FB.
Our FB advertising manager was so bad (as in 6 months later we’re still going nowhere.. and we have money to spend) .. that we just pulled out of the deal.
The last thing we wanted was to work with an advertising manager who wouldn’t be responsive to tweaking our adverts to get the best out of them.
If you really want that some number of your site visitors also get register
at your then do off-page seo of your site.
I spent about 500€ to ads and I got thousands NRC and hundreds NDC. The page it self got about 40K likes and it dosent even had a direct gambling theme…
