Newsletter service that allows gambling related content?

It should be something that has a good price even with a few hundred thousand recipients.

Someone mentioned mailermailer.com but they do not allow gambling related newsletters. Seems like some people are using them anyway so perhaps it is possible to use them as long as they don’t notice that the newsletter is gambling related.. But I would much prefer a newsletter service where gambling content isn’t forbidden.
