For info on your site:

Google Webmaster Tools

SEMrush – service for competitors research, shows organic and Ads keywords for any site or domain

Those 4 should keep you quite busy.

will be for my own sites, i have the seoquake toolbar now, and found 5-6 other good analysis sites, plus gotten some softwares, so im all set now :]

No tool is complete and you should use multiple tool for analysis…do remember each tools has it’s own way to evaluate certain aspect of a site..
