My current problem is Neteller, tried contacting them two weeks ago, still without response.

….well top record for completely ignoring an affiliate I must say that has been won by AMCO Poker ! We have started to write e-mails to them on the 17 SEP 07, we have tried to get the issue sorted by the customer support team (which is done by a third party company, so absolutely useless to us). Today 03rd OCT 07 after more than 10 e-mails sent to their affiliate manager ([email protected]) and over 3 weeks later still no reply. Does anyone know if the affiliate team for AMCO Poker is still open ? We start to think that is impossible to be completely ignored for such a long time so maybe they have closed down ???
Any suggestion would be highly appreciated, we have one of our player awaiting for an answer from the 17 of September !

The problem is for me the opposite. Recently I did not get a reply from 2 different companies. When I finally did AFTER posting about it in here one of the companies claimed they had never received my emails so of course they couldn’t give me a reply. So perhaps you should put your affiliates on a whiltelist too ()

Everybody else can receive my emails.

We have a pretty strong spam filter over here… however we are able to go through the spam. Most affiliate emails that go into spam, I catch before they are deleted – and these affiliates I will make sure they are on the whitelist so they don’t reach the spam box again.. not to my email address anyway.

And I would prefer if you haven’t received a reply from me to get my attention in the forum – at least that way if I have been trying to contact you and my emails aren’t going through I know your name on CAP which will make it easier to contact you.

I think you misread what I wrote… I said

we understand that a lot of affiliates don’t like to be contacted by phone.. but if there is something important and our emails don’t go through, there has to be an alternative and phone is usually the case – unless we have you on our msn messenger or yahoo etc.

I guess what I’m trying to say is, please take the initiative to whitelist aff managers email addresses and make sure your phone number is correct in your profile – I’m sure I’m not the only person this happens to and we don’t ask for your phone number for the sake of having it… It’s just much easier to contact you about something important if we have it.

You also say you want our phone number just for the sake of having it. The problem is that if you are affiliated with 50 different programs or more and 1/3 of them are calling you regularly then it is too much time consuming in my opinion. Because of this only 7 companies have our phone number.

If I don’t receive reply via the forum I call them. But it’s very seldom. Usually all of them reply to me.
