Do you want to own your own casino?

Well I feel differently, and eventually hope to move to the UK and start a white label. I have ideas that I have not seen implemented yet, and I think that there are a few things I could do better managing a casino rather than directing traffic.

I enjoy headaches and sleepless nights. I would be happy working with most of you as well, except muffin… hes odd.

No way! So many costs, so much stress!

I’ve been on both sides, and probably a 3rd side as well – providers to the gaming industry…

Looking from the outside in, its a very symbonic relationship to make things run smoothly.

I’ve seen and heard people enter the gaming industry (as advertisers and operators) having been very successful in other industries, and gaming has been just a bottomless pit of where money has gone.

The grass is not always greener on the other side…

I’ve been in the casino industry for the past 18 years so I guess owning a casino or online casino is one of my ultimate goals. Maybe in the near future….

Running an online casino is a huge operation that isn’t always more profitable than being an affiliate. As affiliates we really only need to worry about SEO collecting a check. An operator needs to worry about so many different aspects, and to make sure they are all done well enough to produce tangible results. I’ve become close friends with one of my former affiliate managers and he told me more or less what’s involved – they had a few affiliates that was making more money per player they sent than the casino was, and for much less work.

If you are serious about trying to run an online casino try to get some contacts on the inside that can shed some more light.

I think being an affiliate is much better. I’ve thought about starting my own online casino, as this would be the natural course of evolution for this field, but there are too many cons. I’d prefer to receive 40% commission and not have to worry about customer service, recruiting affiliates, and being afraid of the US government in case I decide to accept USA players lol
