Do you have a DMOZ listing?

I’ve submitted to DMOZ, but with past experience it can take 6 months or more to actually get listed. Once you are listed, several other sites pick you up, so you get a small boost in backlinks. Couldn’t tell you if it helps your SERPS or not, but many SEOs look at DMOZ as one of the places you have to be.

As for Yahoo, I’ve been kicking around the idea of paying for a spot there. Thanks for your feedback Cyclone, anyone else have experience with a Yahoo listing. The one thing I have heard is that once you get into Yahoo, your SERPs on Yahoo change as far as Title and Description returned (since they use your directory listing now instead of what you have put together for all of your pages), which can actually negatively impact your rankings on Yahoo.
