Do you have to track your AM’s down when you have a issue or are they easily available to you?
I was just checking my email accounts and noticed that one of my Affiliate Managers that I have a special promotion going with for this week had an autoreply set up to tell me that he was going to be out of the office, but made a point to tell me NOT to Panic as they would only be out for one day. hehe
I think that is the sign of a top notch AM as there are some that will disappear for awhile leaving you to explain the delay to your members and it’s not a fun task so I really appreciate those that go the extra mile and utilize a easy tool that is a great asset and easy to use.
