We’re currently in the process of upgrading our adserving tool so it’s helpful to know what exactly affiliates benefit most from!
So, the scenario is the affiliate programme has a decent adserving tool, allowing you to simply copy and paste iframes in to your site code to obtain regularly updated and rotating banners AND text links… Do you:

You don’t have control of what is used for the site and you can’t customize certain aspects of the site, and i think what you can do with the banners is limited.
and yes i think iframe will have compatibility problem with different browsers

use the programme’s iframe code just for banners
