Which legislation? Goodlatte’s?
Different versions out there and it makes quite a difference. The effect would also depend on any alterations, and there would be quite a few before this could pass at all.

Thank god i’m in the Uk, the US can’t stop affiliate in other countries so the effects will only be felt by US affiliates.

Well, yes and no…
If you have players which are from the US my guess is you certainly would feel this… especially in its latest form.
The blocking of gambling domains at the ISP level will certainly hurt everyone around the world who is an affiliate to this industry, unless of course you are only regionally focused. Something like 80% of the revenue comes from US players (don’t quote me on that though, it’s late and that’s the number that poped up in my head).
