Anyone had problems with Jumpat.com?

In November I paid RabbitLuck.com/Jumpat.com for some advertising. I have been checking my records and have realised that not only have they not sent me any traffic, they never even issued me with a username/password to log into my control panel (or whatever they use to manage bids).

Has anyone else had this problem with these guys? I mean it’s one thing to send fraud clicks to me, but I think they’re taking it way too far when they don’t send anything.

At the moment both of their sites are down so I can’t contact them, but I do know I did ask them for my details and they replied that they would send them as soon as they restructure their website. It must of slipped my mind in the mean time.

Also for the lawyers out there, am I entitled to my money back after such a long period of time?
