I was surprised to see that the CAP members I contacted in PMs in the past months were mostly women.

I remember a poll in CAP back then for the ratio of boys/girls affiliates in this industry, but it seems to change. <span title=” title=”” class=”bbcode_smiley” />

I would like to know how many girls and boys we have here at CAP, as affilliates or affiliate managers.

For starter, :chearlead i’m female too <span title=” title=”” class=”bbcode_smiley” />

When I first started, there were mostly male affiliates with a few females sprinkled in. That has changed a lot.

I’m female, but due to my uni-sex name people expect me to be male. hehe

It would be nice to meet more famale affiliates at the conferences and I’m still waiting to meet atleast one african american female from the US. It always seems like I’m always the only one, :Cry: but I still have a ton of fun!
