A Male or Female Manager ??

seriously, that cannot be a factor at all.

provided the aff. manager is doing his/her job properly then everything is good. if they are not doing their job, then it doesnt matter whether they are male or female, they are just poor aff. managers. has nothing to do with gender.

Great thread this one and one that I keep meaning to ask.

I have felt in the past that some affiliates (mostly male) do prefer to chat to or are more open to chat to female affiliate managers than male, especially if they are a pleasure to the eye.

I have seen female aff managers using their assets to reel in affiliates which to me is pretty lame if you have to rely upon those to sell your services (unless you’re in another proffession!). But then again, models are hired at the conference for that reason!

To me it wouldnt make a difference as long as they are helpful and know a little bit about what they are doing, the rest I should be able to manage!

That is a very intersting point Martyn.

I will say that 99% of the female AM’s that I work closely with seem to be very professional and operate in the same manner as the guys.

Very true GamTrak, at the end of the day if you’ve got it flaunt it….in a proffessional manor obviously! :wink-wink

I think any sex is fine except i am still thinking about a earlier poll when we asked male or female and there was 3 not sure.I think it would be awkward working with anyoen when gener is ‘unsure’ LOL

The best option is a Unisex named agent, and communication only VIA Email.
