on the poker sites you are paid a percentage of the rake only. Are you much better off promoting casinos where players are losing directly to the house(slots, blackjack, etc.) rather than to each other.seems like there would be bigger numbers there but maybe I am wrong.

Casino games definately bring in a good income more quickly than poker.

Poker players, however, contribute to the rake whether they are winning or losing. They also tend to be more loyal and great repeat customers. Poker income, although it starts off slower, does built to a more reliable income. Another good thing is you don’t lose money when they win, either.

I like promoting poker, because I earn money when they win, as opposed to when a casino player loses. The better your poker players are, the more you will make simply because they will play more often and longer.

It’s always a rather bittersweet thing for me to make money off of someone else’s loses. :p

Also, I find poker players more loyal than casino players.

In time you can build up a loyal poker following.

Definitely I recommend starting out doing both casinos and poker.
