Does anyone notice a great change on the rankings on Yahoo today?
January 12, 2006 at 7:42 pm #680618vladcizsolMemberYes there are changes. I wouldnt call them great though from what I have seen so far.
January 12, 2006 at 11:01 pm #680659AnonymousInactiveHaven’t noticed much of a change. Most keywords are about the same as a week ago. One dropped significantly, but a couple of others have moved up nicely. Looks like normal fluxuation from my standpoint.
January 12, 2006 at 11:19 pm #680663AnonymousInactiveYes, some of the SERPS, not all, in yahoo in the last 24 hours are smoking crack.:rasta: :grunt:
January 12, 2006 at 11:42 pm #680666AnonymousInactiveWell, I lost some keywords from 3rd positions to 30th.
And another strange thing for me is that I have several pages appearing on some searches like for “casino bonus guide”.
I need some help here. Is this bad or good that in the first 100 results on yahoo I have my website appearing more than 25 times, with different internal pages?
Look here:

I’m only seeing your site come up as #1 and #2, none after that.
January 13, 2006 at 2:26 pm #680685AnonymousInactiveWell, now I know what is happening.
There was an anomally on yahoo on the last days. There is a discussion about that here:
http://www.webmasterworld.com/forum35/3790.htmNow things are resolved, I think.

I do get traffic from there but even just checking out keywords is too much trouble because of all the spam.
I ignore yahoo anymore.

Well, for some searches I think Yahoo is more relevant than google. But I never was a big fan of google anyway, so I’m suspect
January 13, 2006 at 9:13 pm #680721AnonymousInactiveFor those of us still stuck in the Google Sandbox, Yahoo is the best place for gaining traffic. I get something like 10 clicks from Yahoo for every 1 from Google it seems. And half of my Google clicks are coming from their images search. Can’t wait to get out of the Sandbox.
January 14, 2006 at 4:10 pm #680794AnonymousInactiveYahoo is still experiencing problems.
When you do a search and you don’t find any site with the RSS link is because Yahoo is on trouble.
On the last 3 days it has happened a few times.
