I’ve got an affiliate balance to withdrawal from 365. Regardless of whether I want to withdraw via bank transfer, cheque or even to a 365 player account, I am supposed to FAX this request?
I don’t own a fax machine. I haven’t owned a fax machine for ages. I don’t even know anyone who still uses them.
So why are affiliates asked to use this ancient method and jump through hoops just to withdraw their own money?
PLUS, why should we manually have to request our funds when the vast majority of any type of affiliate program will simply process, easy-to-receive payments once a month? Why is Bet365 so far behind the times?

I agree that faxing is an old technology, but if you’ve got a printer/scanner then you’ll probably be able to print, sign, and submit the invoice by email once you get their prior approval.
Signed invoicing is actually a strong audit control, and we have similar setup with several UK / European organisations (but not all).
I’d rather go through this process with exact amounts specified and paid than all the other rigamarole that you often get with less strict jurisdictions where you get wrong amounts, anonymous descriptions and missing payments.
My accountant is usually pleased to see these invoices during end of year tax time as well.
:hattip:March 17, 2008 at 12:56 am #763391AnonymousInactiveI haven’t approached them, no. To be honest, I hardly promote this merchant simply ‘cos of the banking pain-in-the-ass aspects. Still, I only today noticed that there’s some revenue to withdraw.
My point being is I don’t have to do any of this messy faxing stuff with ANY other merchant or network – and I’ve never had a messed up or missing payment in the six or seven years doing this since , so the fax thing probably isn’t necessary.
March 17, 2008 at 11:18 am #763412CaptainetteMemberI also have a question about Bet365 casino, as I have found a very strange term on the website.
This tern states that there is a maximum withdrawal of “£100,000 on the bet365casino website or download. (This excludes winnings on bet365casino’s progressive casino games, payouts of which are governed by the Jackpot amount)“.Does this mean that if a player wins i.e. £130,000 on Roulette and Blackjack, he will only get paid £100,000 and the rest will be forfeited to the casino?
March 17, 2008 at 2:15 pm #763438AnonymousInactivei dont have a fax either as i’m always on the move, however for me its worth the hassle because they are the only guys who send money straight to my credit card…a decent selling point for me
similar to ecash, have to jump through a hoop to get a WT payment from them every time, but it arrives in 3 days flat…
i’ld rather have this, then not knowing when my commissions will arrive…its all about control over my payments!
March 17, 2008 at 3:48 pm #763447tomMemberTribun, these terms and conditions do not refer to the payment, but rather to a single win. It basically means that you cannot win more than £100,000 from a single bet or stake. Our limits aren’t set high enough for this to happen on any game. We do however mention that Progressive Jackpots can pay out more than £100k in a single bet.
As for the invoices needing faxing, you can as well scan it and email it for convenience in case you don’t have a fax machine. The Gooner is right mentioning the audit control. In the end it is beneficial for affiliates. Note that it does not slow down payments which are done within 2-3 days after receiving your invoice.

Other affiliates may disagree but I do not find it beneficial in any way. If it was such a great benefit then everyone else would require it – whereas next to no-one does.
I suggest you add information to the affiliate cashier page to state that docs can be scanned/e-mailed as there is no mention of this anywhere.

Gladto hear I misunderstood this. -
