Why can’t programs wire in USD to USA affiliates? They used to.

Is it a new banking regulation? A cost savings measure?

I could get wires sent in a straight shot now its a long multi-bank process.
Many programs don’t have enough fields to enter all that banking data.

Am I the only one with this problem?
