It was really hard to reach them, but I did it and it´s payed. Not a good affiliate program though..

WE experienced even worse problems with winunited.
Have been promoting them for 1-2 years and the surprisingly
aff account was closed.

That happen upon their system migration process.

So in the future when you refer new customers, there will be a higher conversion rate and lots of promotions to keep them active and to keep them spending.
