We’re into a major house cleaning with the poker rooms and as an after thought I’m just curious how others have done with some of them, so William Hill for instance, I got into it a bit with James.
I emailed him 6 months ago asking how we had so many downloads and never made money. I had them on the back burner really, a few links here and there didn’t push them for a long time. When he emailed me back he said our links were wrong, well, I never got an email or had any clue they needed to be changed. I showed him a post I did for a promo on our poker forum for WH that was 5 pages long where a dozen or more members said they signed up under our link and were playing for real money. He said he would look at some of the aliases and see if he could match them up to players and possibly compensate us for it.
I never heard back from him, so just coming across a WH link today I decided to email James again, stats show 5 reals and we’re making under $1 what a fu**ing joke!
I asked him if I could post in the forum and get the members to say their aliases for who was signed up under us and playing for real money, he wrote this back:
An email went out by my predecessor asking all affiliates to amend their links. Our t&c’s also state that it is your responsibility for the maintenance of your site.
Unfortunately I cannot credit you with any funds from players that are not linked to you.
The activity this year is 17 registrations with 4 active players, contributing 9.53 in rake on the poker, but are up £186.05 on the casino (after wagering £3,244.52). Paid commission is just £0.34.
So, I just got done pulling ALL their links and banners down…anyone else having problems with them??

That certainly doesn’t sound right unless a few thousand is between one or two players in deposits then it is very possible. You could have $10k in deposits but if it’s only a few players and and they are only playing .50.$1 limits your rake could easily be that.
Funny that you say that though, Absolute is probably one of the only rooms I trust, I’ve not doubted their stats once.
Dom, if you want to email me yoru stats I would be happy to look at them and tell you what I think.
