Most people have that. I have that. All it does is direct the browser to get the page information from the stylesheet.
What you want to look for in regards to link exchange are certain robot tags.
CONTENT=”NOARCHIVE “>, is one.

if you exchange link swith someone and in 90 days it does not shhow up in your backlinks , they check for abnormalies, link trading may bring visitors from people who browse the directory
