i find it a bit odd
that this month so many programs having delays with the payments
come on, is this due Barcelona?
well then forgive me to say
it should be possible to find a way that payments are still made in time,
even if there is a convention.Or is there something up which we dont know yet?
I am based in EU
and get my payments to neteller and moneybookers
so what is wrong this month?Programs who always paid in time are delayed now,
and we did calculate with these monies.October 17, 2007 at 12:05 pm #751518AnonymousInactiveNo late payments over here.
Everyone on time.October 17, 2007 at 12:07 pm #751519AnonymousInactiveI just grow weary of having to make sure I even GET paid.
Checking affiliate accounts and then having to write and call to
“let them know” I’m supposed to even get paid.. It’s ridiculous. :sarcasm:
(aren’t they supposed to already know this?)Then, once they
knowacknowledge, I’m supposed to get paid,
getting on thier arse like a friggen babysitter to make sure I even GET the $$.Oh yeah, let’s not forget the ones who can’t seem to find where
the reply button is in thier email. Nice. Thanks. :sarcasm:For the ones on the ball ~ I’m grateful to you guys ~ YOU ROCK!
Ontime payments, I don’t have to ask for what I’ve earned, and
you have several options for me to get paid (US)… Thankyou again! :hattip:October 17, 2007 at 12:10 pm #751521AnonymousInactivehmm

but thats it for nowi am really waiting still for a month where everything is perfect and all payments come in time and i dont have to ask about anyone.
Til now i never had such a month.October 17, 2007 at 12:15 pm #751523AnonymousInactiveYep – we’re almost a completely seperate list.
Only CR (if that means Casino Rewards) on our list – and they paid when expected.

CR comes normally in about the 5th or 7th of a month
they were a bit later in my Neteller, but not so much and i have to say
Renee took care of the delayed payments as soon she was back,
she is doing her job wonderful! Thanks to all the programs who really try their best and pay always in time.
October 17, 2007 at 12:54 pm #751531AnonymousInactiveCan’t remember a single large conference in the past that didn’t slow some of the programs down…
Also, the UIGEA guidelines were released, and presumably lawyers are scrutinizing payment methods again…
October 17, 2007 at 1:00 pm #751534AnonymousInactiveOurs have all been processed now but there was a slight delay due to the whole shifting of the servers. When in Curacao VAT was applicable on the invoices for those UK affiliates who are VAT registered, now we are in Gibraltar we are VAT exempt, but the switch was on September 18th.
Accounts had to breakdown the invoices 1 by one to split them for Betfred NV (Curacao) and now for Petfre (Gibraltar), Petfre is our Gibraltar name…no idea why Petfre?
So apologies to those affected and things will be back on course next month.
:hattip:
October 17, 2007 at 1:31 pm #751537vladcizsolMemberI have a large number of outstanding payments due as well and I still have not received Casino Rewards
October 17, 2007 at 2:23 pm #751540AnonymousInactiveI have outstanding payments also but it’s not just this month. I am tired of chasing payments, I have bills just as they all have office expense etc. This month is exceptionally worse than last, due to Barcelona no doubt ,how ever the lack of response irritates me and I don’t think I should have to beg like a dog for my earnings every month.
October 18, 2007 at 1:44 am #751623AnonymousInactiveLadies and Gents what are your expectations for payment?
This is business – and generally there is quite some lagtime between invoicing and billing and actually receipt of payments. I’m happy if someone is paying by the 20th of the month – and I’ll accept it if someone pays within 30 days due.
These are pretty standard business expectations – and wanting an immediate or super-quick 1,5,7 day turnaround for funds owed usually doesn’t happen in the real world.
Probably the main requirement I have is that programs are consistant with their payment cycles – so that once we get on the gravy train I can expect regular payments at the same time each and every month.
From that point of view – once the hurdle of FIRST payment is covered then we should be receiving payments every 30 days.
:inlove:If a program is continually not paying you – then review the program. Contact and raise it up the chain of command until you’re comfortably with the intelligence level and authority level of the person you’re talking to.
We have only ONE slow payer – a very well known Irish bookmaker – who always does PAY out eventually – but their accounts department reminds me of something out of that great Irish sitcom “Father Ted”.
Some of the short emails I’ve got from them are hilarious – and I honestly do beleive that they’re trying to improve – only 45 days last time.
:roflmao:Other than that – all our other programs are great and very very reliable now – but I guess we’ve invested some time in talking with each program making sure that they understand it needs to be THAT way in order for us to do business.
:wink-winkOctober 18, 2007 at 5:25 am #751629AnonymousInactiveGooner you’re absolutely right, payment every 30 days would be great. I owned a retail biz and I know all about the ups and downs from the other side of the fence and I also know if I didn’t pay my help first they would leave.
I never have minded delayed or even occasional late payments, but the key is consistancy and please reply if I ask. If I am told payday is the 20th, I will expect it the 20th with no complaint and can plan my expenses around it. I have expenses just as all the companies do, and I don’t like having earnings sitting out there and have to borrow from my declining bank balance to pay others.
October 18, 2007 at 2:42 pm #751660AnonymousInactiveExactly Cagney.. exactly.

This is also my point of view – When your affiliate agreement states a certain date then adhere to it – DO NOT deviate from the agreement
Casino Rewards Example: Fast, reliable monthly payouts
We pay every month on or before the 5th.
Aside from this month (because of CAP EURO) they do pay on time.Other programs are obscenly late with frequent and outlandish excuses. Forcing me to spend in upwards of a few hours a day chasing down what is due to me. Affiliate Managers that represent these constant delinquent programs have made an “ART” out of avoiding payment issues and should be pistol whipped :shooter:
Unfortunetly, you never really know who these programs are until its too late.
