I sent an email regarding payment to [email protected] regarding payment. Currently the cashier is at default for webbdollar even though I do not have this method.
Could you kindly contact affiliate Magenti regarding payments? Since Chris left I do not know who the affiliate manager in charge of my account is.
Would just like to say that I got a reply from Katrina 1.5 hours ago. Very impressive, it took her one hour to answer me. Professionallity like that is a rarity these days and I thank you for it.
Well I might have been hasty with the second reply to this topic. My payment issue has not been resolved. Katrina was quick to reply the first time but has not since.. that was over a week ago.
Ok so it is resolved. I was just unfamiliar with the webbdollar payment system and Katerina was sick. Top notch of her to talk to me over Skype when she was still ill.
