I’m trying to get an invoice sent to me so I can get paid. (I haven’t been paid in many months) I’ve sent several emails to support@.
I did get a response from Terri, but it did not result in an invoice being sent to me. She said one had already been sent. Sent or not, I did not receive it, told her I still didn’t have one. It’s 4 days later, and I can’t tell I’m any closer to getting an invoice.
Who can I contact to resolve this problem? There must be a faster way to do this.
