Only new to the game but so far, Martyn from affiliate edge, and Diana from Revenue Giants are both very helpful
Great post GFPC – in summary I look for responsiveness and willingness to communicate.
I’m a small/new affiliate so the detail is very important to me.
I went away recently for a week and did a lot of my news items before I left – however, one of the AMs knew this and wrote up the 3 promotions they had during that time in the style I write them in and posted them on the site (via my designer) – truly amazing

I second that… GFPC… such an insightful post and you cover so many important qualities that Super Affiliate Managers need to carry. What an awesome shout-out.
As for slotsaff… willing to share the Affiliate Manager that helped you out? I swear… it’s pretty awesome when AM’s are willing to go that extra mile to help you out. Not only does it make life easier… but it really makes you want to continue working together- no?!?
To make my contribution, I’ve been dealing with these guys quite a long time now:
Affutd.com: Adam Kalamanson – Recently promoted in roles but has chosen to keep his direct contact up with affiliates rather than pass us down, he’s been nothing but helpful and has become more of a mate now. Great manager.
Gururevenue.com: Christine Lamain – Christine was persistant and wouldn’t take no for an answer when attempting to get GuruPlay onto our affiliate sites. Originally we weren’t too keen on the brand but she soon persuaded us otherwise, and did it with class and no-such spam techniques.
Castleaffiliates.com: David Merry – As some of you who know me may know we partner on the affiliate side of things, this allows me to see first-hand how great he is with affiliates. If you need anything, David can get it for you and usually within a few hours, his turn around times are unparalleled. Not to mention he’s always happy to treat his affiliates no matter how small they are. Relationship management at it’s best.
More recently…
BetVictor.com: Sarah Caskie – We didn’t really have much of a relationship with BetVictor until we met with Sarah at LAC. Since then we’ve improved the account massively, it’s a pleasure to speak with her everytime.

haha i forgot about this thread – but thanks man. I was so sad to see her go. Truly one of the all time greatests, however the replacement is still great. I just feel 888 has went along way to really get some wonderful AMs on board. I have such a great relationship with them. Such a great group to work with. I have two Ams now at 888 and both are wonderful and really helpful and even spend the time to help with SEO
– now that is a first!!!Sandra was just super – just probably the best I ever had.
My favourite affiliate manager is Nir Bar Menachem . He provide me all i need , exclusive promotion , special banners , reviws.

That’s great to know… What program is Nir with? I do not believe I’ve had the chance to work with AM before…
Nir is from 888affiliates , one of the greatest brand for casino and poker
I recommed you to work with Nir..There are a lot of great AM’s in gaming and many move up, but my favorite over the years would be Riyaz and Nick Yap.
Clara Hans is my favorite!
She’s the most awesome affiliate manager EVER. I can’t get enough of this girl, I swear.1. She is available all the time when I need her.
2. She is fun to talk to.
3. She has a positive attitude and is always coming up with ideas to help me get my promotions moving.
4. She is newbie-friendly ( I just started 30 days ago ).
5. She always has the answer to my questions.
6. She has given me all the reviews I’ve asked for in complete uniqueness.
7. She passes me information on upcoming casinos and promotions that aren’t on their website.
I could keep going but you get the picture. I would like to cast my vote for Clara Hans
