Yep, as Sheadey said, we will need to know what markets you intend to target. Mainly, will your site accept US players or mostly attract non-US players? The reason is, many of the best casinos do not accept US players. There are some really good casinos for US players, but the list is much smaller then for non-us players.
My best conversion rate for USA players seeking slots is with Affactive online casinos. They also have my highest charge-back rate as well, and they group all of their casinos together, so if a player wins a lot it could really mess up your money flow! I also like promoting for Affiliate edge (aka club world casinos) but it is an older brand that is well represented on many sites. This makes raking for them a little harder. To be honest, any program you will find here has a lot of good and bad points. For mobile casinos I have been going with Slotland who has a great app for them, and they allow real money play from the US as well. Other mobile phone casino apps are only for non-Americans, but I hear a lot are in the works.
Affactive ,Dendera ,Revenue Giants,Fortune ,Referback.Some new and some old programs but all provide us consistent conversions.

Non USA programs that you may try to work with are AffUtd, Affiliate Lounge and Referback. I´ve had very good results with them always..

If we are talking purely based on trust factor alone, then I would have to say 32Red Affiliates. I am not saying they are the best converting program though. But saying that, I do ok with them each month, bar the odd big winner here or there.

I’m new on this, but started promoting Affactive and so far is going well. My AM provided me with lot of content and helped me building my new campaigns.
In overall Bet365 is still number 1 affiliate program for me, but from programs with US friendly casinos Deckmedia is solid.

If you are targeting Europe I will recommend energycasinopartners, their affiliate managers are one of the most dedicated in the casino business from my opinion. I am working togheter with them for months and they helped me a lot. In overall you can try bet365, unibet or ladbrokes maybe paddypower they are also respected and the conv. rate is better than average. I hope i could help good luck!
