Im pickin Illinois. It’s the land of Lincoln, Obama and Capone so it seems fitting it would be in that state.

(I also bet that former governor wishes he was still there so he could strong arm for ‘donations” :laughing: instead of ‘sit’in jail)
Personally I promote the casino product, not poker so I don’t care to see them regulate poker while keeping everyone else on the outside looking in. Further, unless they permitted the existing programs and not simply current landbased operations the opportunity to get in, it likely wouldn’t make much difference to affiliates.
