Unfortunately Affiliate Lounge are another program that seem to ignore their forum here.

I’m getting no answers from using their email contact-us system either.

Hello,

First of all let me apologize for the problems this has caused you all.

The problem occurred while working on updating the system and trying to synchronize two different platforms.

We have a tech team working on this full time and we expect the figures to be corrected completely at the end of the month. All data is cashed so no stats will go missing indefinitely.

If you have questions regarding this issue please email [email protected] . He will help you to extract figures manually in the time being.

Once the backend is fixed we’ll all have a better product to work with.

Hi,

They wont be down but they might differ +/- 10% until all the updates are made. We have been discussing the option to take it down completely but since the figures are fairly accurate it still provides you with a good idea of were your monthly will land.

If you need the exact figures please contact Niklas and he’ll help you out.

I’m truly sorry about this.. we are trying to solve it as quickly as possible.

Rest assure that no stats will go missing. You will be paid accordingly.

Maybe I’m missing something – but don’t get those symptoms.

Instead I see no numbers at all for any of the Betsson programs after April 22.
Nothing. Not zeroes but emptyness. Blank space. Dead air … (etc)

THere is a catch all message on the affiliate lounge stats site that says :

Currently we are undergoing maintenance of our system which will not allow us to reflect statistics in real time. We will keep tracking your activity but will not be able to reflect this data on our website. We apologize for any inconveniences this might cause you.

Please contact our affiliate support if you have any further questions. Thank you for your patience.

It’s been there since April 22nd and it suggests that the symptoms that we’ve identified are an expected consequence of “maintenance”.

Hence our question to you … when will the maitenance be over ?
Can you find out please?
I’ve sent two prior emails and never seen a response.

yes i check those stats daily, but from the dropdownmenu i choose EUROcasinos
than its ok for me,
i never check affiliatelounge from that dropdown, but if i do now, i see no stats indeed

ithought affiliate lounge within affiliate lounge was for data on subaffiliates??

Agreed.

All Betsson reporting has failed to work since April 23rd.
That’s 17 days and counting.

John – could I ask that you escalate this to someone who can actually do something about it.

If online stats are not possible then can I ask that Affiliate Lounge/Betsson get off their respective ARSES and provide a manual spreadsheet of the monthly stats to affiliates.

As a minimum I’d expect a monthly spreadsheet showing :
What were the April totals by product ?
What amount will be paid to affiliates?
When will it be paid ?

As I mentioned in a thread over at GPWA – it seems that affiliating with generic middlemen services simply seems to result in tired and lacklustre service. They don’t care about the product ot providing service.

Unfortunately this experience with Affiliate Lounge is just underlining that point.
Neither Betsson nor Affiliate Lounge seem to care about this issue at all.
