Hello Marvin, affiliate id = FA11789. I have heard nothing about the player that purchased and lost $500 in Feb under the wager share model. You told me over a month ago that it will be some time delayed crap which for one I don’t understand because you don’t have the same restriction for cpa and if anything you should have it for cpa and not wagershare. I question if other affiliates ever have to wait on a revenue from a player under the wager share model just because you say they purchased and played the same day. Well, doesnt everyone purchase and play the same day and if there is going to be a time delay in getting paid from such players don’t you think I am entitle to know how long of a delay it is and when I can expect to be paid on this player instead of guessing. No one in the world would do business with another company if they had to guess on when they would recieve payment. Also, as per my email a month ago one of my biggest concerns other than incorrect stats was that FA was earning revenue off people that were winning off the $10 poker bonus and we were in agreement that this was quite unfair for affiliates, for example I had one player with almost $300 raked and I didn’t earn a penny from that and I was told that this would be changed as of April 1st. Has this been implemented yet? I appologize if I am being short, but I get annoyed when I have to play guessing games with my money. FA has been paid on this player, why haven’t I.

I can see that you have been active in the forum since I posted this so I can only conclude that you are either intentionally ignoring me or you lack the business etiquette to post a simple curtosey note here that you are looking into it. Either way you cut it it is an absolute joke trying to do business with FA. Frankly I don’t see how in the world you can retain any affiliates whatsoever. I hate to be so negative all the time with you guys and I know some affiliates are pleased with FA–but man, if its this hard to get some simple queries answered I can just imagine what the experience would be like if I really got into bed with FA. Perhaps I expect a little more from my business partners, who knows. I keep looking for a reason to move forward with FA and I keep coming to the same conclusion. Any chance I can get some concrete data to my concerns after 6 weeks or is that asking too much. Thanks for A response.

I’m not generating that much at FA and the downloads and registered players are not showing. My last stats updated was over 595 hrs. It’s been 4 month already Deanzo. May 3, 2006 at 8:55 pm #690969AnonymousInactiveHow hard can it possibly be to give me an answer on where the commission is for the above player. All you have to do is log into my account and you will see the player 2099118 in question and agree that I have not been paid on him/her. Then just add the damn commission to my account. Real tough guys. You know Marvin I understand that every company makes mistakes, it is how quickly the company fixes the mistakes that shows a companies character and FA leaves a lot to be desired in that field. I have been nothing but patient in this matter. I keep hoping that all my dealings and mishaps with FA have just been an aberation, but your attention to this matter just keeps reiterating that it is not. At this juncture your not even worth the time it is taking me to follow up, wow—theres a revelation–following up. Ever heard of that concept. It is clear that FA is not going to pay me what is due or if they are it will take more time for me to devote to it, but frankly I would rather spend my time trying to get new players to a program that pays its affiliates and treats them with a little more respect. I want to spend my time making more money, not chasing down the money I have already made. I do not enjoy being nasty and negative all the time regarding this, but what do you expect me to do, praise you for not paying me. It is really pretty simple, my job is to send players to gambling sites. I do that and all I ask is to be paid for my efforts and answer a few simple concerns of mine that might arise from time to time. I suppose that may be expecting too much from FA, but it isnt with the other programs I work with. As a matter of fact they try to earn my business and build a relationship and most are at my beckon call. Anyway, I am done beating you up, but I am also done asking. Good luck.

May 4, 2006 at 10:14 am #691046AnonymousInactiveHi;
The problem has been sorted out now. I have emailed bonusgeek the result of it.
Everyone please try and understand that it was not a simple case of looking at the stats and then crediting the money.
All I can say is my apologies for the delay, at least it’s all turned out for the good and we can all hopefully move on from here.
