Im looking for a group that uses NetEnt software and has most of their slot games … I thought this group looked like a possibility, but after signing up several days ago I haven’t heard a word back from them.
I seen that they have changed terms a few times the last couple of years, but it appears their latest version is fairly clean. So whats up with them? Anyone have a contact that responds in a timely manner?
I reckon I know the answer based on their lack of support, so I should be asking what are the alternatives to them with regards to being primarily NetEnt?
Ok I found Tower Casino and Casino Luck … anyone know anything about either of those?

I was just in Malta at their headquarters and met with the new people in charge. You want to chat with Erik Hedberg or his immediate boss, who oversees all of their affiliation, Kevin Saliba. If you need an intro to either, I’ll sort it out for you.
they will sort out anything you need asap.

February 16, 2012 at 9:57 pm #821531AnonymousInactiveThanks for the offer Warren, but I think I’m going to hold off on Affiliate Lounge for now – if they don’t have the time to review affiliate applications in a timely manner nor answer emails I’d rather not add them to my sites at this time. FWIW, I had attempted to email > Erik.Hedberg and Marten.Isaksson to no avail.
I signed up for Tower Gaming and Casino Luck … TG responded to me within an hour with a nice email. Haven’t heard from Casino Luck yet but it gave me immediate access to their income access stats/marketing area, which didn’t work at all; maybe it doesn’t work until I’m accepted. If I don’t hear from them soon I’ll be looking for another NetEnt casino.

AffiliateLounge is THE NetEnt affiliate program. As I recall it, NetEnt was owned by the group behind Affiliate Lounge, Betsson Group, but now they have same majority shareholders. Unfortunately you can experience slow support, and I believe they have a minimum quota-rule which is a no go in my opinion.
Have you checked VeraJohn (multible software suppliers), NordicBet (NetEnt + MicroG (for Danish players) and Unibet (NetEnt + MicroG)? Good programs too, in my opinion!
March 3, 2012 at 5:39 pm #822128MissMMemberI promoted Affiliate Lounge, it does convert for me, but I do not like they deduct “costs” from the money people lose. If someone makes a 200 deposit, Affiliate Lounge deducts 100 and I only get my rev share over the second 100.
I asked them about it and they so respond fast, but they are just saying it’s costs they make?
Makes no sense for me so I a changing to Unibet for now.August 10, 2012 at 2:02 pm #827076MissMMemberBTW heard Unibet is rogue or bad or whatever, better stay away from them
August 10, 2012 at 9:51 pm #827083AnonymousInactiveCasinoLuck have been helpful. I can’t say I’ve had brilliant results with them so far but the affiliate team have been approachable and open to ideas, particularly Danny.
September 27, 2012 at 7:56 am #828326bobkogonMember@FictionNet can you tell me please if Casino Luck accept players from Italy? I saw on their website that only USA and Turkey are banned but with the new laws in Italy maybe they did not update the terms.
Thanks
September 27, 2012 at 8:45 pm #828340AnonymousInactiveI’m not completely up to date with the Italian market but according to Mr Green’s t&c, should be fine – “2.1.5. you are not resident of the U.S.A.;” indicates only USA is excluded. No mention of Turkey in there.
