Ive never believed I’m doing anything unlawful. but I need a baseline check here.

What is your current assesment of the problem? I mean the climate is getting more and more paranoid. Like even though we don’t belive we are breaking any laws (or else I am completely missing something here), do you believe we are going to be targeted?

I need to know what the current thought is on this exact thing.

I don’t believe any of us are in danger of being charged for affiliate marketing of Casinos or Bingo. Sportsbooks are possible though again at the affiliate level I really doubt normal affiliates are at risk.

The biggest risk affiliates face is financial. We are seeing that this month, but this is only the tip of the iceberg. As incoming cash plummets and cash reserves start to get thin the programs will first shave us at higher levels then we have ever seen before and ultimately some will default on payments that we expected.

That’s a prime concern for me right now.

Note: If we as individuals will face any legal problems in the future it will likely come via the IRS so please make sure all your taxes are in order.
