I really can’t answer for what has happened in the past; but it was my understanding that there were numerous negative issues. What I can answer for is that as of May, we basically have a totally new Marketing and Affiliate team that brings years of experience to the Company.

Why do people promote this place when the shady background of the Virtual/ Cirrus company is sooo known? There is always someone ending up not getting paid at these joints, either it will be the affiliate or the player.
Unfortunately these facts to not mean anything to a number of affiliates.
Just a suggestion… why don’t you try their toll free number? I’ve called that number a few times when I needed something important, usually payment related. Everytime I called they answer the phone as “Marketing” and it’s been Vanessa (or Nicolas/Natalie in the past) that answers. They were able to help me right there on the spot.
