I saw the goldenstarnetwork stats were offline for a few days too but they work fine now.

So there is a damage of a few days for vegaspartner casino affiliates (the affiliatelinks did not work for a few days / although banners were displaying normally.

The stats interface may be back, but the revenue I saw the day before the downtime started has not returned for me.

Luckily I remembered to take a screen shot…

I wrote them questioning the missing revenue…but no response as of yet.

Anyone else missing revenue?

i sure would like to have an explanation for this
due i seen more earnings 1 day before the sats were on zero
and now my earnings are on that amount from a few days before
which is much less

i was happly surprised to see we did earn more then i seen on 31 july
and now this!
how can that be?

I think that because of – not working aff.links – your stats were not registered/recorded although a counter on your website indicates otherwise. At Goldenstarnetwork I also see lower earnings for this month. I do not know if these cases are related. The first few days of each new month the stats are not working for both of these programs or have to be compiled. This is a strange thing I guess. But what is not in this industry. I did not make a screenshot too:Cry:.

My revenue not missing! And trackers work properly now.

Hi Everyone,

We did experience some problems with our sites over the weekend. All has been fixed and all reporting should be back to normal.

Regarding the stats issue, when we ran the payment report for July there was an error with the dates inputted and therefore there were differences in amounts. We have re-run the report and all payments will be made tomorrow.

I apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Do you know if the problems regarding Goldenstarnetwork were similar ? The player report gave an error message until today. So I do not know if they also had a refresh of the data. I see little earnings for this month, that’s why.
I contacted Kirsten about this but she did not reply.

I do NOT think the reports are back to normal yet.

I have a screen shot of revenue for July (pulled 8-2-07) and that revenue has completly disappeared.

I have written to you by email, and have attempted to contact you at the office (those that answer the phone should learn how to take a message) but have not gotten a response.

I also know other affiliates that have seen positive and negative amounts disappear for July never to return.

but this is an unacceptable answer.

The stats I saw for July….in NO WAY could possibly reflect the stas for the ENTIRE YEAR!!! The math doesn’t work for thaqt excuse……
