Absolutely. I was able to shut down a Lithuanian site that was stealing content from a few in our industry (online poker coaching videos) by submitting DMCAs like you see above to their host, their site, and the government agency that is in charge.

Vic handled my issue, it was a bit complicated the way the error came up. Seems to be all set now but let me know if you want more details, I can do my best to tell you what happened.

Just an update: I have filled a Google complain and sent a couple of emails to that registrar from Poland but nothing has changed. And I’ve found another two blogs owned by the same ….. good guy ….. Check them to see if he copied some of your articles too:

I would suggest that you contact the affiliate programs he is trying to earn from.
Get them to cancel his account.Suggest private contact first – see what they reply with.

I like the hacker idea j/k. It looks like one of his sites is now down freespin dot pl is now being re-directed to freespingratis dot com, so maybe the host did something about that site.
