He use a hosting company from Poland and all their website is in polish (no english or other language). Do you think I must send them the abuse email as well?
Thanks
Absolutely. I was able to shut down a Lithuanian site that was stealing content from a few in our industry (online poker coaching videos) by submitting DMCAs like you see above to their host, their site, and the government agency that is in charge.
Let me know if you have any other questions.

Hey Joe… thanks for joining us in the forums
Can you please PM me the issue you came across in the forums? We’ve been in the process of making some updates, and I just want to make sure that all is working for our users across the board.
Thanks!
Vic handled my issue, it was a bit complicated the way the error came up. Seems to be all set now but let me know if you want more details, I can do my best to tell you what happened.
Thanks for having me!

April 19, 2012 at 12:56 am #823658bobkogonMemberJust an update: I have filled a Google complain and sent a couple of emails to that registrar from Poland but nothing has changed. And I’ve found another two blogs owned by the same ….. good guy ….. Check them to see if he copied some of your articles too:
casino-freespins.blogspot.com
casino.wordpressy.plIf you have some other suggestion about how to stop this thief (except for hiring some hacker to blow all the websites) just let me know.

Get them to cancel his account.Suggest private contact first – see what they reply with.

May 28, 2012 at 3:45 am #824868lamontvukichMemberI like the hacker idea j/k. It looks like one of his sites is now down freespin dot pl is now being re-directed to freespingratis dot com, so maybe the host did something about that site.
June 8, 2012 at 12:02 pm #825265NonypepleMemberI think google will fix that with a penalty to that site!
