Does anyone know a good web analytics service something that is like google analytics. It is just that I have many problems with their service and seems like i can not get any help from google.
I don’t mind paying for analytics as long as I have good support.
Thanks

October 29, 2012 at 1:02 pm #829374AnonymousInactiveI havent seen any issues with Google A? please fill us in on what you see.
October 29, 2012 at 1:56 pm #829377EvelinessaMemberSubscribed. Also curious what the problems are. GA is usually pretty reliable.
As for other services, Omniture (acquired by Adobe) has good reviews, but it might be overkil depending on what you need

I dont think google anal-ytics is much good either. I dont think it tracks all hits, it is not in real time, I cant find where u block your own IP.. if that is possible.
I looked into analytics a while back and always meant to have a look at this Open Web Analytics but never got round to it.. It seemed the best one out there in comparrison to GA from what I could gather.

GA is only a few minutes off real time & you can block your own IP > Google Analytics: How to exclude / block your own IP address from reports using a Filter | Catzie.net Blog
October 31, 2012 at 1:21 pm #829447gokkenMemberI’m starting to hold questions to trust issues involving Google lately. Maybe I’m paranoid but with GA and their webmaster tools integrations among other things which pin point the sites I own, and the Penguin/Panda etc etc, even though Google say this data is anonymous, I’m wondering if it really is or if “G” is using this against us.
Cheers

You hit the nail on the head there Dave. We’re not using GA for this exact reason.
November 2, 2012 at 4:13 pm #829526jak-et-bernadetMemberI’ll prefer using other services for the same reason AussieDave mentioned.
Also, Seems to be like GA is inaccurate, there are some gaps between what I see on my PPC campaigns to what GA report.
Thanks!
November 23, 2012 at 2:49 pm #830033AnonymousInactiveWhy give Google so much information about your site? Personally I didnt like GA, I find it perhaps too cumbersome.
I have been using GetClicky, it’s free although I use the paid version and it’s money well spent. So easy to use and totally reliable. Definitely recommend it.
November 23, 2012 at 3:56 pm #830034buydealonlineMemberI just dont like Google analytics. Been a long time since I tried it but I found wasnt user friendly, intuitive, and most of all not in real time!

November 25, 2012 at 10:09 pm #830072AnonymousInactiveCheck these guys out. Stat Counter. com
They are very good and they are FREE. I use both GA and StatCounter. I think you will feel that StatCounter is very helpfull. I have been with them for about 5 years now.
