I was in attendance for the trial this morning and it did not go our way. In fact, online gambling lost on every count of the complaint.

It’s really no surprise that the State used the most rediculous and archaic arguments they could… and it’s really no surprise that the judge had already sold her soul for re-election support… and it’s really no surprise that the wishes of the voters is not recognized in the Socialist State of Washington.

In this state, you must be caught driving drunk five times before it is a fellony (and the state is the only one who can sell you hard liquor). But play a 5 cent game of online poker and you’re a felon on your “first offense”
