Hello Commissionaccount,
Thanks for your input in the forum. I have just checked various Jazette domains (http://online.casinocity.com/ownership/owner.cfm?Id=6535)and found out that most of them have different registrants, countries and contact details. Are you saying that Luckygames’ “Jazette Entertainment” is in no relation to your company? -I would be surprised if “your Jazette Entertainment” did not have a copyright for its name?Anyways, I am looking forward to resolve this now, after months of waiting, and will appreciate any assistance you can give me in this regard!

There is no relationship (nor has there ever been a relationship) between Luckygames and Sportsbook – besides the fact that they used the same company name.
I am not sure of the status of copyright issues, to be very honest with you. I have already brought it to the attention of Senior Management.

July 20, 2007 at 9:59 am #743042CaptainetteMemberCommissionaccount, I see your point and would appreciate if you could provide me with some relevant contacts details for the “other Jazette”, when your colleagues find out something!
It however is VERY sad that your company has ignored dozens of my emails and never cared to explain all this to me in our previous email correspondence, that took me hours of time and efforts! Had you explained all this to me adequately before, I would not have even bothered to bring this matter to public attention!Anyways, I am still short my $16.000 from Luckygames.com and have no idea yet what step to take next, in order to get me paid.

If I find out anything I will happily pass it on.
In regards to your communications, I am sorry if you never received an adequate response. I am not sure with whom you spoke, and apologise on their behalf.

With the new laws in the States, Sportsbook.com, like others, have found issues getting money to players. We had a horrid time a few months ago, when all our processing companies left the market, but we worked hard to replace them and slowly got ourselves up to date.
However, this is a cycle that has continued, with different payment processors leaving, and us having to launch new ones, whilst ensuring that they are safe for Players.
The one thing that we can say that the money with Sportsbook.com is 100% safe! We do not launch any payment processor without completely checking them – and although there remain delays, the company is working at getting all requested withdrawals out quickly.
We have a long way to go here, and we are getting there.
