February 14, 2008 at 7:16 pm #760844AnonymousInactiveAgreed.
He spams by email, and sometimes he comes to CAP and makes a dozen useless posts just to get backlinks from the links in his signature. Posts like “me too” or “looks good” — all non-value-added, worthless posts.
Also let’s not forget this nugget: http://www.casinoaffiliateprograms.com/bb/showpost.php?p=121201&postcount=6
Additionally, Itay is guilty of violating the CAN-SPAM act. http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/conline/pubs/buspubs/canspam.shtm
Each violation of the above provisions is subject to fines of up to $11,000.
He’s going to need millions of dollars when this all catches up to him.
February 14, 2008 at 7:31 pm #760845AnonymousInactiveYes, please stop spamming us! Just got two more today.
February 14, 2008 at 7:43 pm #760846AnonymousInactiveIs he still certified here? He didn’t get of to a good start when he started bragging about his experience in the black hat community.
February 14, 2008 at 10:35 pm #760867AnonymousInactiveWow, I just received my third spam from them today.
February 14, 2008 at 11:24 pm #760873AnonymousInactiveOkay, now I’m really starting to get pissed off.
I unsubscribed from this bullshit earlier today (even though I never opted in), and I received an “unsubscription confirmation” message. But just an hour ago, I received yet another spam message from Itay, inviting me to attend his goddamn webinar!
STOP SPAMMING ME, ITAY!
STOP! CEASE! ENOUGH!!!
February 15, 2008 at 1:16 am #760882stevejMemberIt is now my belief that Itay or ‘B4Playing Affiliates’ has an insider at a certain online casino who is allowing him access to affiliate database OR, he has obtained it illicitly. My fathers name and email only appears on certain programs that he signed up for as the beneficiary for after taking over my previous company.
Mr Itay, if you are out there, why not explain where you got everyone’s email address so you can clear up your name? no one here is requesting any mail from your program, but we are all getting it.
February 15, 2008 at 1:42 am #760887AnonymousInactiveAccording to Mr Spamlord himself he is on very good terms with CPays. But of course they would never be as unethical as letting a 3rd party rogue access their database?
February 15, 2008 at 2:21 am #760895stevejMemberInteresting you mention Cpays; while I did not change my email there, I logged in just now and checked, just to make sure, and interestingly enough, “someone” has entered additional contact information in my account area; namely two IM addresses.
ONE was a non-existent IM address – so whoever put it there must have guessed based on certain domains of mine; and of course that is exactly where the spam to my father came too, and also, its the only account I have that has reference to my father’s name but one of my email addresses…
Itay? I wonder if you would like to say for the record that you do not get your email lists from Cpays? Just so we can be sure that this is not happening?
Considering I already tried to get off your list, why am I getting emails addressed to my first and last name?
February 15, 2008 at 12:46 pm #760928AnonymousInactiveI too received spam with my first and last name, and while I am quite spam resilient and you rarely see me complaining about it (enough reasons to grow grey hair already) this crosses the line.
This cannot be a harvested address but comes from some business partner’s database.
Harvested addresses are just a fact of life on the internet, but I do NOT expect to have my personal info made publicly available by a business partner.
Someone made a very bad decision here!
February 15, 2008 at 1:32 pm #760932AnonymousInactivesame here, first and last name..
February 15, 2008 at 1:32 pm #760933AnonymousInactiveTwo rules with Dom – Never use her real name and never share her email address.
Pity the fool that breaks these rules:shooter:
February 15, 2008 at 9:58 pm #760974Daddy CoolMemberVery interesting you mention CPAY’s because I have nothing to do with any of the sites on their network. I am registered almost everywhere else and have not received one e-mail from the spamking although Ive seen it on almost every forum I have visited
February 19, 2008 at 6:51 pm #761281AnonymousInactiveI received yet another spam from them today.
I clicked their opt-out link – we’ll see what happens.
February 19, 2008 at 7:13 pm #761285stevejMemberYes I received two more this morning…..
Itay, is it not apparent that your email list is polluted with people who don’t want your emails?
Why can’t you simply email YOUR userbase. those are the people who actually signed up. nobody else did.
