A visitor to our website wanted me to post this about the betgoto company. They really screwed him over to the tune of $4300 bucks. This is what he has to say…
Can you forward this on to the CAP and GPWA forums. I am blatantly being ignored.
I just wanted to update you that I have not received a payment in almost a month. After 2 months, Ibetcasino finally balanced my account at the end of April and agreed I was owed $5400. They were going to start a weekly payment plan of $300 or more weekly. I got (2) $400 payouts the first two weeks, a $300 payment 2 weeks later for a total of $1100 in 4 weeks.
I have received nothing since. Over the past 3 weeks I have been promised a payout # the following day 3 different times, and each time the next day I am avoided when I email or call for the control # and needless to say I have not been provided one since May 20th. On Sunday June 6th, I was emailed by the cashier I would get payout control number tomorrow, Monday, June 7th. I have tried repeatedly emailing and calling to get this. Each time I call, Accounting is not in and no one responds to my emails. I have left a message the last two days since Accounting was not in asking for them to call me back. I have not received a call back either.
What’s even more irritating is the quick payout they promise on the phone if you act like you are interested in setting up an account. I wonder if these new players win, if GoTo is paying them instead of paying me or not paying them either.
I am still owed $4300 and fear I will never see it. Please pass this information to your website and forums you mentioned below. With World Cup in full swing and the NFL season looming, I want to warn as many people as possible so they do not get the run around like I am.
I have spent over 4 months on this and have only received $1100 of $5400 and I can only imagine how much time, energy, anger and stress I have used up in this time. At the current payout schedule, it will take me almost 20 months
