I don’t get it really.
Either way, she gets nothing for sending something. 888 get something for nothing.
I’m not sure what critiria 888 was referencing, but it is not uncommon at all for casinos to require something before they payout.. the only one I know off the top of my head is Absolute Poker.. 100 hands played before you earn… I learned that one the hard way, so it stuck, but many many programs have that kind of requirement..

All programs require permission before you do incentivised campaigns. They are generally only allowed by special permission.
Otherwise you get CPA scams going.

I agree, but I repeat, I could not contact them during October, and like other websites that had permission for similar incentives, I did not think that there was a problem. In addition, several users registered themselves without any type of incentive.
Other affiliate programs that I have contacted saw no reason not to approve such an incentive (Titan Poker, Ocean Poker) so I do not see any reason for 888 to reject the proposal, only excuses not to pay.
PD: http://www.pokeraffiliateprograms.com/blacklist Pacific Poker appears in many affiliate’s black lists, bony that I am not the unique one that has problems with them. :Ohno:
🙁January 9, 2007 at 6:41 am #721601PaulHMemberdoes anyone know where i can find out whats included as an incentive? for 888 or any other casino?
January 9, 2007 at 10:02 am #721611sgt331MemberI offer 50$ to neteller after play 500 ranked hands, but I can see other promotions much more generous and “approved” by 888 affiliates.
25€ Paysafecard after user deposit 30$ (25€) in Pacific Poker… deposit leaves FREE…
40$ FREE to Neteller to deposit in pacific Poker. (100% FREE)But pacific poker by a stupid excuse has preferred not to pay to me after more than 30 users because I did not have “approval”. :banger:
If they had had agents of support in Spanish during October nothing of this it would have happened. :dontget: :cuss:
bad support, bad decisions, bad company…Taken care of the great amounts with them..
January 10, 2007 at 10:08 pm #721987AnonymousInactiveI find it hard to believe the best 888 can do for this webmaster is tell her to take a hike.
The hoighty toighty way this firm post replies without taking the time to converse with the webmaster is a wind up.
January 10, 2007 at 10:34 pm #721997sgt331MemberI believe that the money that I had to receive this lost one already. I already have it assimilated. I will be in the CAP euro at the end of month and hope to be able to say to them what I think about its decisions.
Thanks for your opinion joeyl ^^
January 11, 2007 at 2:43 pm #722116AnonymousInactiveHi there CAP members.
I have been reading the replies on this thread and I think that some members are misleading the rest of this great CAP community.
Please allow me to put things straight:
- We welcome approved incentives. We have them now, we had them before and we’ll have them in the future.
- Although BetGra did not have his incentive campaign approved, we agreed to accept his campaign post factum.
- The reason BetGra did not receive any payment for this campaign is because NONE of his players reached the criteria.
- Once his players reach the required criteria, we will be happy to pay for his players.
- Our account manager has been in a close contact with BetGra for quite a while via e-mail and it very surprising that some of you understood that we are not.
We welcome everyone to keep an open mind about the opinions bandied around here. Even though we are a large company, we haven’t lost sight of the needs of our affiliates or our players. We try our best to find good solutions to specific problems. For those of you who know us personally, we’re hardly “snobs” or just “pants”. We look forward to meeting new, old and potential affiliates at CAP Euro, Booth #8.

January 11, 2007 at 5:01 pm #722142sgt331MemberThey want to pay to me when my users reunite a total of 10000 ranked hands (10000$ in profit for them), something that seems unjust to me (In mgr I would gain more). Oviusly I will to never work with to company thus.
January 12, 2007 at 11:18 am #722254AnonymousInactive@888affiliates]In BetGra’s case, I personally checked with Account Manager in charge, and although BetGra did not ask or receive prior approval for his incentive offering, she offered to pay for any Real Players (players who meet certain, widely accepted criteria) coming from that campaign. Until now, none of his players has been able to meet the criteria but were the players to reach the required level, he would most certainly be paid accordingly.[/QUOTE wrote:
My apologies to Laura for misunderstanding the above to mean the webmaster will pay for players sent. doh
Betgra – If the players you sent play the right amount of hands, you’ll be paid what they are worth. It is fair.
January 12, 2007 at 3:00 pm #722277AnonymousInactiveThis thread is an example of why it is important to check with a program if you plan to publish any offer that is not standard and presented in the aff site.
It has little to do with 888 in particular, this would happen to you anyplace.
For unique offers, you first need to obtain permission under any circumstances, and secondly you need to arrive at a unique payment plan tailored to that particular offer.
All offers are based on calculations that ensure everyone can still make a profit, and it is still attractive to the player. Designing these offers is not an easy task and the affiliate can’t just go around making up their own unique offers without the proper calculations in effect.
That said, most programs will be happy to work with you on such offers.
January 12, 2007 at 3:29 pm #722284sgt331Memberthey want to pay 2000$ (I have 3300$ pending in 888) to me when the players obtain 10000 ranked hands. if I had MGR I would win much more , of by life, with no need that accepts my incentive. It seems to me that they have deceived to me. 🙁
January 12, 2007 at 3:37 pm #722292AnonymousInactiveI don’t understand you Betgra.
If your players reach the right hands, 888 said they will pay you $2000 where it would usually be $3200?
January 12, 2007 at 3:50 pm #722296AnonymousInactiveBetgra, you HAVE to ask permission for unique offers, period.
Then you will be made a deal for them.
888 is not obligated to honor any agreement with you because there is none.
They have decided to pay you what they see fit for what you sent. Without any agreement. They made their analysis of the traffic you sent and based a reimbursement scheme on it.
Take it. Others might pay nothing at all without agreement.
