Hi All
As was previously stated, you will receive full payment for your September earnings. However, because of the chargeback risk posed by these players, your earnings will be paid out in stages. We will be issuing payments this month for 50% of September’s earnings and then the remaining 50% will be paid out in 10% segments over the following 5 months.
I’m afraid that the current situation in the States has forced us to implement this payment plan. Usually chargebacks are set off against your future revenues, but without the US revenue it’s possible that we would be paying on funds that were eventually charged back, without any funds to offset against. It is for this reason that full payments cannot be processed until the 6 month charge back window has passed.
Due to the development needed on the payment systems to implement this payment structure, September earnings will now be paid in the last week of the month.
Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you, these are very frustrating times and we’re doing our best to get back to business as usual as swiftly as possible.
Best regards,
The WagerShare Team

Tim and Tom, what does it mean? I really can’t belive it, you are talking about the previous month that is ENDED the last month!!! You must specify (with a serious reason) why september have to be pushed over this problem. I can understand that some companies will got a lot of problems for that new law, but I can’t allow a retroactive decision from no one, this should be unfair or not? Chargebacks of september have to be the same as always, even because nothing was happening on the past month, otherwise i’m sure that all we want to know the truth about this “decision”, because is not helpful for us, I’m sure that your company has more savings than the biggest affiliate and this is a critical moment for all of us, so why it should be ok that wagershare must delay those payments in that way?

October 24, 2006 at 7:06 pm #713262AnonymousInactivePayments coming soon?
October 24, 2006 at 7:29 pm #713268AnonymousInactiveDid you start to pay folks? You guys have about 4 days left till the weekend.. then the end of the month. I am so so damn sad you guys droped us players and did this. It makes no sence that any of the casinos are even doing this. Once everything settles you will be asking for us back. Are our players still under us though just in case?

I figure they should be good for at least 5-10g a month. :woo-hoo:
