Is anyone having issues getting a response from Wagerprofits? It seems Richard’s email address no longer works and support hasn’t responded to emails in 2 weeks. Just wondering if other people are having issues with them, thanks.
February 21, 2011 at 8:42 pm #814885buohcomMemberI haven’t tried contacting them lately but never have issues when I do. I’ll reach out and keep you posted.
Many Thanks,
Brooke

I inquired about our bank wire and Richard said that’s now handled by their Finance team so he has no information, and now his email bounces. I just wanted to get the amount and date so it could be identified if/when it occurs.

Im sorry to read this and I want to apologize for the inconvenience, but yes, Richard is no longer working for the company, his contract has expired.
The company send a press release to all the affiliates, but I guess in your case it went to the junk mail. Please feel free to contact me at [email protected]

February 22, 2011 at 11:36 am #814898FelixtheCatMemberRichard has been let go, a new AM has taken over and it was promised by the CEO himself that all delayed payments will be made very soon. This is how we were informed by an e-mail last week.
So far we have received at least 2 month’s commission (out of 6 missing months) yesterday and it seems that are very very eager to bring things back to order and everything that is due.
February 26, 2011 at 4:40 pm #814972AnonymousInactiveIt would be nice to see them get back on track again, as I used to do quite well with them years ago, but I pulled practically all of their banners when problems started appearing….might give them another go…
May 11, 2011 at 6:00 pm #816102Rakeback.comMemberI wouldn’t get too involved with them yet, it’s May now and they’ve stopped emailing me back almost 2 months ago.
We’ll see if they come through…

We’ve had some payments coming in lately but not all of them so yesterday I decided to contact them again and quickly got the new AM Carmen on skype to discuss the issue of missing payments.
To cut a long story short, she explained to me how they were rolling it up from behind and they’ll soon be finished with all 2010 payments and will start with 2011 payments in the beginning of June 2011.
If any of you guys need the e-mail and skype contact addresses of Carmen, I will gladly pass them on if you send me a PM. To be honest, what she told me made sense and I actually believe the story as to what happened. Anyways, we’ll soon find out if more commission is being paid in the beginning of June or not…
May 12, 2011 at 3:40 pm #816133Rakeback.comMemberThanks for the info – I have Carmen’s email address, she’s stopped responding to me about 2 months ago – maybe she’s sick of a bunch of affiliates asking to get paid.
There are plenty of other operators that pay affiliates on time every month so not sure I would look at Wager Profits and their brands when choosing a partner to promote.
