Hi all,
A user of my website have asked for my help regarding a pending withdrawal he have at viplounge casino.
He is desperate because he have won something around 60K. After trying hard he was able to withdraw 30k successfully but there is still another 30K pending since July. He have tried all without success.
I know this is a rogued casino, and I talked with casinomeister who says this is a casino without any license that can do pretty much what it wants, and it will be almost impossible to recover the money.
I would like to know if there is someone that can help here or at least have some idea of next step the player can make.
Thanks in advance.

I think there is really not much you can do other than send an email to manager@viploungecasino.com / support@viploungecasino.com or try Nicolas at gamblingwages.com. Live support will not handle this I am sure.
Besides that you are promoting welfare (this program will not pay you a dime). You have been tricked to promote this casino and will not get a commission at all (the statspage has been deleted and you can not check your “possible” earnings).
So delete it.
I hope you will get the cabbage for you player.

I’m just trying to help a desperate user that came to my website. I did not point him to this casino, because it is not promoted on my website, nor I have any financial implication on this.

Without the Montana or “Hastings” dispute service being in business and RTG themselves not caring at all, the chances are very slim to make the Casino obey their withdrawal requests and terms.
As inspiration suggested in his post, you can contact the affi manager or try to call the shop yourself as a mediator. Do not try to discuss this with customer service, as they do not have any influence on decisions.Sadfully, this is what happens when certain webmasters lure in unaware players to make deposits at bad RTG Casinos.
Edit: Sharpgambler, I just had a look at your website and noticed that you are promoting joints such as Cool Cat and Cirrus.
Do you really believe things are any different there than with VipLounge??November 5, 2007 at 1:37 pm #753207LucretiaMemberThe VIP lounge support department told me they do not have an affiliate program any more
GW support has been very good that’s why I tolerate their casinos.
As long as players do not complain i do not mind (they will search for these casinos offering high nodeposit bonuses anyway).

November 17, 2007 at 7:57 pm #754268LucretiaMemberViplounge Casino has a new affiliate manager and he seems very helpful! The logon is possible now.
Just send an email to robertg@viploungecasino.com and he will take care of your due commission and other questions. (you have to open a casino account to transfer the money).
regards

Sharpgambler seems to have disappeared.February 29, 2008 at 12:46 pm #762185AnonymousInactiveI’m sorry all for the delay updating this.
From what I understood the issue was solved, or at least the player has not complained more.
As a final statement what I can say is that the player has made unclear statements along the way and I cannot say for sure if he was really waiting for any money.
In the beginning he asked for help and I tried to help him, and that’s why I have posted here, but after that too much confusion was brought into the issue and I’m now out of this.
