Hi,starbet,I know your name is “Shanhong” .This is Chinese name .
I don’t wanto offend you , however , there are many affiliates form China are CPA SCAMERS .yes ,many.

How they scam the casino programs?
    for example:
the affiliate give some cash to his players , once his players register and deposit certain amount money to casino programs and play.
the player deposit $50 to a casino program.then the affiliate can got $100
CPA rewards, he will give his player a certain amount money to his player as a gift.

I know some big CPA SCAMERS name In China,They have their forum , in their forum , they list any casino programs that offer CPA earnings model , and let many members to register ,deposit ,and then give some rewards..
for the safe , they may request their player deposit at least 2 times at a casino programs to avoid the inquisition of casino programs.
This is what they do .this is the fact.

starbet,if you can sponsor 40+ player to a casino programs, why not choose revenue share programs?sure,it will make you more money,if your players are not “get rewards to play” players.

I understand and support you ,Mário , you do a right thing, that can protect the industry of gambling affiliate programs.
and ,for the healthy grow of CPA affiliate model ,I hope ,starbet, you can usnderstand what Mário do .

It sounds Interesting. As a newbie, I learned a lot from bingo4466’s post on how to scam a casino’s CPA program.Fortunately, I am not Chinese, and also I believe 90% of my players are from US,Canada and Europe, maybe 1 or 2 from Asia, who knows.
But from your post, I saw a big discrimination on affiliates and players from China.Hopefully, there is no Chinese affiliates in this forum. I read some magazines which said more and more Chinese big players emerged in Las vegas instead of Japan and other countries, I am not sure it is true or not.

Anyway, I never said I don’t like revenue share program, on the contratry, I will choose revenue share program for every casino after this payment is settled. Why I don’t like it, casino win , I win. But in this case, it is different since I chose CPA program already, and they should pay me according to their CPA terms.

This forum is really good, this thread is also hot, I like it.

    Thanks for everyone.

the website Starbet posted in his account details: Edited-“Sorry, I had to play by the rules and delete it”-edited

Without exception, ALL players referred have Chinese or similar names, although indeed mostly with US or Canada addresses, just a few Asian.
All players made the minimum required deposit amount and withdrew after breaking even, NO RELOADS whatsoever.

How often does a “newbie” send in 48 players in his first 10days of which only three player accounts are inactive (these inactives also had active accounts btw)
ALL players had multiple accounts spread over our brands.
Basically those 40+ players sent, can be tuned down to 8 or 9 players with multiple accounts in different brands.

Not one post in here was discriminating, just an explanation based on facts!
You constantly tend to manouvre yourself in the position of victim, which is often the case with people that have “something up their sleeve” and are guilty of an inappropriate act.

We can discuss any offer, but in NO case will the July commission be paid upfront and based on my foundings, VIP Profits has more than the right to do so. With offering you an alternative, I’m already being way too nice, but as an affiliate manager, it is my duty and obligation to give you one.

I am happy to see that more people see right through you and I am sure others will too when, like you promised, you go to other forums to trash talk VIP Profits.
Don’t forget to refer all those people to this thread as well.
I will always be available for comment…

Mario, first , I must warn that you don’t have the right to post my personal website information here withour my permission, even if my personal information. Please delete it ASAP.
Secondly, my community is a overseas Chinese community , most of them are Americans, Europeans, of course our ancestor are Chinese, I have 250,000 members so far. I brought you 90000 impressions, almost 2000 clicks and 48 signups in 1 week , this is the real traffic and players.People who want to advertise on my website should pay me advertising fees also. I promote a lot for VIP profits during the 10 days.
Player like to play vip groups one by one, that is the truth, some of them are bonus hunter, I must admit. But I have no way to control this.Like I told you, one man tested our group and sang high praise for the fast payout, so I believe others follow him to make a test. Then you suspended my account immiadiately after 1 week , and I also make warnings on my website about VIP group, that is why no palyer make a redeposit.
So far, I still don’t think I breach any VIP CPA terms, the traffic is real traffic, the player is real players. At least you should pay my 10 days’s marketing efforts for VIP groups. If you think your group don’t like to pay people with Chinese names, just write it on your terms, I have no word to say,and I will quit.

Funny how one can contradict himself…

If you think your group don’t like to pay people with Chinese names, just write it on your terms

    Totally NOT relevant!
And again an attempt to put yourself in the role of “victim”

Here is a copy of paragraph 2.5 of our T&C’s:
    “2.5 Good Faith –
You will not knowingly benefit from known or suspected traffic not generated in good faith whether or not it actually causes Client damage. Should fraudulent activity arise through a person directed to a site via your link, we retain the right to retract the commissions paid to you at any time. Our decision in this regard will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. We reserve the right to retain all amounts due to you under this Agreement if we have reasonable cause to believe that such traffic has been caused with your knowledge. Even if you have not knowingly generated such traffic, we reserve the right to withhold referral fees with respect to such traffic.”

I will delete your URL from my previous post.
May I ad it anyway if I just promote it?
Or will you ad it yourself?

Obviously you have a lot to hide as you were asked to post your url earlier in this thread…

yes, I was born in overseas, but my parents are Chinese. What is wrong with my word? I know Chinese language very well, and I organise a big overseas Chinese community .
In a word, you discriminate people with Chinese names, decline to make payments for my marketing efforts. I will tell my lawyer to send your VIP director a letter recently.

    This story never ends.

Guys I am locking this thread as we are not going anywhere with this right now.

Mario thank you for taking time to check on this and report whats occured.
Please let us know if there is any change in the status of this issue.

Starbet you’ve explained your side of the issue and while there is no immediate resolution I can certainly understand where the disagreement arose from.

I want to reiterate what I have stated earlier.

    1. VIP Profits has an impecable reputation within the affiliate community. I have personally worked with them for years and never had any discrepencies with my account. Additionally I have never heard of any affiliates who have not been paid the full commissions due them. This is the first such report and the ONLY reason I think its come to light is it was a CPA deal.

    2. CPA, CPA, CPA Almost always when we have an affiliate/program issue around here it goes back to a CPA deal gone bad. At CAP we STRONGLY advise affiliates to work under the revenue share plan ONLY and you will avoid these problem. PLUS if you are HONEST you will earn ALOT more money in the long run with Rev Share anyways.
