Just to clarify, videopoker are not for selling for less than XXXX USD/GBP/EUR and casinosonline are not for less than XXXXX USD/GBP/EUR.
Do to previous scams I do not accept any payment by paypal, and depending on the amount a escrow service may be need.
A word of warning since the domain casinosonline.pt is under legal dispute. If anyone wants clarification on this please contact Monica through [email protected]

The domain IS NOT on legal dispute.
Monica, never owns the domain, only had an attempt to have it, the domain is registered by our company on liberalization period.
Monica try to register the domain before when the rules of PT domain registration only allow to register domains if you have the trademark, Monica never had the trademark.More, Tarzan, as you speak on Monica, and the only way for you to know the issue is because she told you, I will reveal to industry what monica do:
Monica, the head of marketing of galacoral group, contact us with the email of the company she works, trying to blackmail us, saying if we do not give the domain to here, she will report us for tax evasion (even without know who we are and where our company is based).
She talks as if was coralgoup, when in reality she try to buy the domain by itself (she only work on coralgroup at 2 months and try to buy the domain last year).
More, and more serious, she contact ou registrar (on more time with the coralgroup email) acusing us of illegal activities and tax evasion. Trying to lead our registrar to give our details. She also says she have the legal ownage of the domain. Pure lie!!!
The only processes she have on INPI (the entity who can regulate the owners of brands, who are necessary to register the domain before liberalization (when se try to)) are process #464796 and #487480 both denied.
So, tarzan before you say anything about us, please refrain until you know all facts.
Monica, never owns the domain and are acting on behalf of coralgroup (wihout coralgorup knowlege (we think)). I do not expose this information before because could lead to Monica be fired for fraud, but I cant allow this kind of lies to be published.
More, if monica continues to saying lies about us we don’t have any other way beside sue monica for defamation.
I don’t care who you are and I do have my facts straight: The domain is obviously in dispute. You’re the one talking through crooked teeth. Read your last reply. You know there is a dispute and you are trying to sell a domain and involve another party.
You got this name on July 1st, right? Hardly summer cleaning as you state in your original post. Your intentions are easy to read and clear to me.
Five digits. Summer cleaning. You’re a nothing more than a simple liar.
Instead of trying to sell something off as yours, I’d speak to Monica and get to the bottom of this. She stated to me that not once have you even responded to the communications she has sent and as such has decided to retain legal council.
As for “revealing” Monica, if you were involved in this industry to a very high degree, you’d know that its not a secret where Monica works. I’ve personally known Monica for several years. She has my total respect. If she moves to another program I go with her. I can’t say that about any other manager and I’ve been doing this for 14 years.
The domain was registered on 15 May 2012 and not on 1st of july.
We reply to email on July 16 asking monica if she wants to buy the domain or made apologies for the lies she told to our registrar.
As usual we record all our communications:

Hi again,
After we talk at phone with monica (finally!) and resend our previous e-mail who answering to here questions. (for any reason, was send (see log on previous post) but she wont received it, perhaps stuck on some mail filter), and because monica have special interest on this domain name the casinosonline is no longer for sale.
Furthermore, we want to say one more time that was not any illegal activities on our part, the domain was registered on a liberation period when was available. (as other 38.000 domains registered on same period).
As we say before, our strategy is leaving the casino promotion on portuguese market, as we also show other site to monica where we have no longer any casino promotion activity.
We are now negotiating with monica the domain sell.
What happen here was a lack of communication, we receive the monica’s arguments (email), we reply, wait and not received any answer (due the already said), so we move forward.
Now because we talk, we are negotiating, not because any illegality but because we want to sell and she want to buy.
Nothing more, nothing less…

@Tarzan Thanks.I’d like to announce to the community the casinosonline domain are transfered to monica after a successful deal. Once again, a legal action never exist, only miscommunication. I want also reinforce our integrity and honesty. I deal personally with this and the deal are made very very fast.
