Ok, this is going to be my first time in Vegas, also my first affiliate conference and I need some info.
2 affiliate programs have offered to pay. One would be at the
Wynn Hotel – http://www.wynnlasvegas.com ; the other would be at the
Venetian – http://www.venetian.comI’ve already committed to one, possibly the wrong choice but I would appreciate any input nevertheless. So I can kick myself in the butt for telling them yes too early (before I even got the other offer) LOL
Which one would you choose???Also I need some other info on Vegas. How to get around … just walking on the strip, right? Any need for a rental car … I assume not? Any need for transportation at all other than airport transfer?

Rental car is out. It will cost more to park than worth while. Taxi or walk if it’s short. I was in the Venetian and it was very nice, but I didn’t stay there.
Of the two, I’ve stayed at Venetian several times, but only visited the casino at Wynn. From what I’ve seen, I would prefer the Venetian. However, Wynn is closer to the conference at the Stardust. (The Venetian is next door to Wynn in the other direction, with a construction area in between.) Both are walking distance to the conference at the Stardust.
They’re both very nice, so you can’t go wrong.
As pokermonger says, don’t bother with a rental car.Yep, dont bother renting a car it will end up costing you a fortune in Valet fees and you probably wont even use it.
Of the two hotels you mentioned I would go for the Venetian BUT there are more attendees staying at the Wynn so its a toss up.
Don’t ask me why, but I had a feeling the Venetian would be the better selection :tounge2: However, as I’ve indicated I had already confirmed one … which of course is the Wynn :crazy:
So now I’m kicking myself in the butt :banger:Just kidding, I’m getting from your replies that there is no HUGE difference so thanks again for the info. I will definitely not rent a car and I’m looking forward to this conference.
A lot of people are staying at the Wynn, so you will be in good company
