Hello,
I got a quick question.
Let us assume in January a player deposits 275 and wins close to 2000 which puts me -450.
Now we turn to FEB and -ve is not there. which is great.
Question:
If that player continues to play and now looses it all. Do i get commision on the 275 in February?
Thank you!

Our affiliate payments are not connected directly to the deposits at all.
Our calculation is:
Real Player Income (money wagered at the casino), less winnings and less all deductions (free credits, player bonuses and progressive jackpot fees). Your affiliate share of any chargeback made by a player you have generated will be deducted from your monthly commission.
And each month begins at “0” (unless there is a negative that was created from a chargeback).
If the player has 2000 credits at midnight on Feb 1, and loses it all to the casino during Feb, you will get your percentage of 2000 in February.
Hope this helps,

Don’t bet on it.
It did before last may, but since then something is seriously smelling at MGS.
Quite frequently, deposits by a given player far exceeds the net revenue generated by the same player. You’d expect that the player’d play back he’s winnings, BUT next month the player make deposits again. Then you can only assume, since player cashouts are not provided in the report, that he/she has cashed out then deposited again. But that’s doesn’t make sense. Particularly, in today’s swampy banking enviroment.
Also, stats for All Slots are omitted in earnings report.
I’ve already raised my concerns about MG a few times as it affects my income all across the board. I tell you, something is dodgy at software level and we’re screwed big time.
Sorry for venting just here.
Marcia, if you have a spare time, would you be so kind to check my stats in the period beginning last May until today? Aff1572
Thank you.February 13, 2008 at 10:15 am #760712AnonymousInactiveHi Led,
Thanks for your post. I’d like to address some of the points you raised here.
Re: Microgaming – if you have a specific player’s stats that you’re suspicious about re: Microgaming reporting, you’re welcome to send me the player’s account number and I’ll check what I can from this end. Personally, I believe MGS is totally straight – they’re the biggest and best software around – it would be suicide for them to try to play around with the stats.
One thing I can tell you for sure is that it’s true that players DO cashout wins (even in these days of swampy bank environs) even if they immediately turn around and purchase more. Something in the thrill of cashing out winnings.
Also, our earnings reports are not based on deposits at all. They’re based on wagering minus winnings minus deductions (bonuses, etc.). So with a new player, even if he deposits and loses it all, his net revenues for the purposes of affiliate earnings would be negative because of the Welcome Bonus he received.
And lastly, I’ll take a look at your BS reports from last May and write you back by early next week.
Sorry for venting :yang2:
Later,
Marcia -
